BLUBBER TIP FROM FELLOW CLASSMATE "Dear Kat -Last Wednesday you expressed a desire for more ways to explain how to "pick up your blubber." I found something that works for me: if, with my arms extended, I can turn my head to the side and see the point of my elbow, then the blubber is lifted up. I can also feel the muscles of my upper arm engaged. Of course I have to remember to do it - which doesn't always happen, considering everything I have to think about at once! Maybe this will help others too." | | |
